  • Each team will have a team fee that is separate from the League Registration fee.  
  • Cheer $60

• Birth Certificate: Each Participant will be required to provide a copy of thier Birth Certificate -  this applies to all participants new players and returning players alike. 
• Sports Physical: Each tackle participant will need a copy of a completed physical form submitted online during the registration process or turned in the first week of practice to their team. Use MSHSSA Physical form available on the right side of this page.
• Age/Grade Verification: Each participant will need to provide a copy of his/her 4th qtr grade card from the most recent school year.  We will no longer require an Age/Grade Verification form to be completed by the schools. If you are not able to secure the grade card, the Age/Grade verification form may be used.

These documents should be turned in to your team the first week of practice.
